Do I need to print my booking confirmation?

What if my flight is delayed?

We need to deal with flight delays every day, so you are in good hands. If you learn your flight has a long delay, you have a number to call on your booking confirmation. We might need to reassign your transfer to a different driver so that there is somebody ready to welcome you to Paris at your new arrival time.

I can’t find my driver! What do I do?
