If visiting Bilbao in time do not forget to visit nearby urban beaches. Portugalete and Getxo are mandatory stops, with their peculiar charm and old buildings near the harbour. Way between a municipality and the other you will have to cross using the Puente Colgante of Vizcaya, a suspended bridge considered a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Also do not forget the obligatory stop in the biosphere reserve of Urdaibai, a natural area that leaves no one indifferent.
