Making a booking

Once you enter your flight's departure time our system will automatically calculate the recommended collection time for your transfer to the airport. This time is calculated to ensure a timely arrival for your flight and takes into account several factors, including the estimated journey time as well as possible unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion or poor weather conditions.

You can always indicate an earlier collection time when booking. However, any request for a collection time later than that given by the website at the time of booking must be received via email. Please note that Ziptransfers cannot be held responsible for any issue that may arise as a result of a later collection time specifically requested by a member of your party.
