Likewise, it does not guarantee total data restoration deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the elapsed time since the last backup.

Backup restoration is only included in the service price if data loss is attributable to Zip Online Services, S.L.


Commercial Communications

In accordance with the LSSI, Zip Online Services, S.L. will not send unsolicited advertising or promotional communications via email or other electronic means unless previously requested or expressly authorized by recipients.

Users with a prior contractual relationship may receive commercial communications about similar products or services.
