Where do I enter my late booking code?

Late Bookings (typically made within 24 hours of the transfer) are subject to availability and require a Late Booking Code.


If you are trying to make a Late Booking you will receive a pop-up message immediately after entering your trip details in Step 3 of the booking process. Once you have contacted our offices and availability has been confirmed by our Customer Service team, you will be given a Late Booking code. Please enter this code at the bottom of the pop-up window and click on the "VALIDATE" button. This will allow you to continue with your booking.


If you have inadvertently closed the pop-up window, simply click on "NEXT" at the bottom of the page for the window to reappear.
