TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGNS

The following conditions apply to all discount codes, offers, and promotional campaigns offered by Ziptransfers, unless otherwise specified in the individual communication of the promotion.

1. “Abandoned Booking Discount” Campaign (Active)

This promotion is subject to the following specific rules:

  • Exclusive Eligibility: This offer is personal and non-transferable. It is directed solely to users selected by Ziptransfers who have received a direct communication via email.

  • Selection Criteria: User selection is based on internal segmentation criteria. Ziptransfers reserves the right to determine user eligibility based on these criteria.

  • Validity: The discount code provided in the communication is valid only for 48 hours after the message is received.

  • Coupon Usage: The code must be applied in the “Promo Code” field during the booking process. It will not be applied retroactively to already confirmed bookings.

  • Limitations: This offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or special offers. Only one promotional code is permitted per booking.

  • Modifications and Cancellation: Ziptransfers reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of fraudulent use, technical error, or failure to meet eligibility conditions.

2. General Provisions

  • Non-retroactivity: Promotions will not apply to bookings made prior to the start of the specific campaign.

  • Cancellation Policy: The application of a discount code does not alter Ziptransfers’ general cancellation conditions or standard booking policies.
