While travelling

All instructions for how and where to meet your driver will be indicated on your booking confirmation.

For the majority of transfers from the airport, the driver will meet your group in the arrivals hall, after you have collected your luggage and passed customs. He/She will be holding a sign with the Lead Passenger’s name.

In some airports we have specific meeting points. These meeting points are easy to locate and will be indicated on your booking confirmation.

For departure transfers from a Hotel or Resort please wait at reception/main lobby.

For pick-ups from a private address, please have your group waiting in front of the indicated address. 

If you are arriving at a Cruise Port  please wait at the main hall of the terminal where your ship is docked.
