How can I make a complaint?

Should you have any issues during travel, please contact us immediately so that we have a chance to register the issue as well as assist in its resolution. You will find our 24/7 Assistance Line on your Booking Confirmation. 


If you are not satisfied with the service received, please send us your comments using our contact form or via email. In order for us to be able to follow-up and investigate any issue or complaint, we do require that all comments are received in a written form no later than 15 days after your transfer.
