Before travelling

I haven't received my booking confirmation

Booking confirmations are sent shortly after receipt of payment. However, please allow up to 8 hours for our Customer Service team to process your booking and send your email confirmation.


In some instances we may need you to confirm some details or to provide additional information, so please keep an eye on your inbox for other emails from Ziptransfers.


If you haven’t received your booking confirmation or any other email, please check that our email hasn’t inadvertently been sent to your Spam/Junk email folder. If you cannot find it there, simply let us know using our contact form and we will resend it to you.
