How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking via our contact form, email, or by giving us a call at any of our office numbers.


Standard transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your transfer. Cancellations notified with less than 48 hours are not entitled to a refund, except for some instances when Cancellation Protection has been purchased.


As the COVID-19 situation develops, we understand that customers might need to cancel their holidays with less notice. Therefore,  we are now offering additional flexibility for last-minute cancellations. You can read more about it here.


If you need to cancel your transfer and are not eligible for a refund, we will be happy to provide you with an insurance claim letter which you can use to reclaim the cost of your transfer from your travel insurance provider or directly from the airline or tour operator.
