How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking via our contact form, email, or by giving us a call at any of our office numbers.


Standard transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your transfer. Cancellations notified with less than 48 hours are not entitled to a refund, except for some instances when Cancellation Protection has been purchased.


If you need to cancel your transfer within 48 hours of your collection due to reasons beyond your control such as flight cancellations, we will be happy to provide you with an insurance claim letter which you can use to reclaim the cost of your transfer from your travel insurance provider or directly from the airline or tour operator.
