WE'RE HERE FOR YOU
NOT FEELING CHATTY?
This area of southern Lanzarote is a small tourist center located around a marina. It’s the first marina in Lanzarote and one of the most exclusive in Spain.
Puerto Calero is a very quiet, familiar and perfect area for those who want to relax on the coast.
Restaurants and small shops are concentrated around the marina and you can also do different water activities such as diving or sailing on a yacht!
This area doesn’t have any beach but Puerto del Carmen is very close to Puerto Calero, so you can enjoy its wonderful beaches very easily. In addition, Puerto del Carmen is an area with plenty of leisure and a great nightlife.
If you travel with children, we recommend you visit the Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park, a zoo where children and adults can even bathe with dolphins.
Los Ajaches is a protected area, mostly wild, where you will find the best beaches in all of Lanzarote. Don’t hesitate to visit this area!
Puerto Calero is also very close to Timanfaya Park, one of the island's biggest attractions. Within the park there are 25 volcanoes and the desert landscape so different from the rest of the Canary Islands makes it a mandatory visit.
It will only take 25 minutes to get from Lanzarote Airport (ACE) to Puerto Calero. Remember that we can transfer you from there to your accommodation. Book your transfer and don’t worry about anything else!
