My flight has been changed. What do I do?

Please do inform us of any changes to your flight details with more than 24h prior to your travel date via our contact form. 


For any change or amendment with less than 24 hours, contact please our Customer Service team on any of our office numbers. You can find them here. Alternatively, you can contact the 24/7 Assistance Line noted on your booking confirmation. Changes requested within 24h of your transfer (local time) are subject to availability.
