What happens if my travel plans change?

Here at Ziptransfers we’ve been organising transfers around the world for over a decade now, so we are well aware that our customer’s travel plans might change, oftentimes unwillingly. This is why flexibility has been one of our top priorities from the get-go.  All our private transfers around the world include:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your transfer
  • Unlimited free amendments to your booking 
  • Complimentary flight monitoring - your driver will know if your flight is delayed
  • Complimentary 60 minutes wait at the airport

In the past few months, the Covid-19 situation has unfortunately brought more uncertainty for all of us.  Rapidly changing rules, restrictions, and travel requirements such as PCR tests or quarantine periods may disrupt our carefully crafted plans.

We want to help all our customers to have the peace of mind you need when it comes to plan and enjoy your so longed-for holidays. This is why we have introduced new addons specifically designed to make your trip as hassle-free as we possibly can.

All our transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your transfer. You can now upgrade to LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION PROTECTION and you will be able to cancel your booking and receive a full refund for your transfer up to 6 hours before your pick-up time, no questions asked. Other protections only cover very specific cases such as flight cancellations or medical problems, so customers cannot always take advantage of these policies. We’ve created our Last Minute Cancellation protection for you to have absolute peace of mind and be sure you will get a refund if you need to cancel regardless of your reasons for cancelling. You will be covered for any problems that might arise. This will also cover your transfers to the airport or cruiseport. You just need to give us a call with 6 hours' notice. Easy peasy!

 If you book an airport transfer with us, our driver will wait up to 60 minutes from your flight arrival time for your party to go through customs and collect your luggage. This wait is completely free and is generally sufficient to meet your driver without any hurry. However,  sometimes customers want to have a little extra time for extra comfort and even do some shopping before meeting their driver. As for now, you will be able to pre-book extra waiting time on our website on selected locations. If available, you will find this option along with all other extras such as child seats on step 2 of the booking process, right after selecting your vehicle.  If you already have a booking with us and would like to add extra waiting time to your transfer, please get in touch with customer service.
